GBReally well kept flat, a stone's throw from Porthtowan Beach. Spotless, had a good selection of cooking utensils, a new bathroom and it was super easy to get the keys. Instructions were very clear and we loved the local products left inside for us (butter! sweets! biscuits!). We also really appreciated there being tea, coffee, milk and bread for breakfast. The sofa is very comfortable after a day of waking and the heaters worked wonderfully.
The double bed is quite small (we're tall people) and the window just above it needs to be looked at, as lots of wind and cold were coming through it, even though it was properly closed. It was also just above our heads when we were sleeping, so the heater didn't help much. It'd also be good to have some basic cooking bits to the apartment (salt, pepper, oil) that guests can use.
GBGBLovely and clean flat, decorated well. Good kitchen facilities. Parking was great. Short walk to the beach. Welcome pack from owners was lovely. Owners also communicated well. Would definitely stay again.

The location was in amongst an untidy run down block of flats. Neighbours dogs mess along rear access to property
GBThis property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. Great location very near the beach, bars,shops and really great walks. Georgeous little balcony which I really liked. Great value for money.
Lots of steps up to the property but we managed.
