Clean tidy house quality lots of useful items in the room. Pool was brilliant with pool towels too. Great breakfasts. Staff were brilliant.

Only two coffee pods and no access to any others. Sometimes the vide didn’t work on the door and couldn’t get hold of anyone.

The location was great, close to the port and close to the beach. Simona, the host, and her team were charming and very helpful. The room was spacious with a wrap around balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs and clothes airer. We could also see the sea from the balcony. The pool area on the roof was a bonus and it was very well kept. Breakfast was great with a good selection of foods that were continually topped up. Each day there was something a little different.

The dustbin men came early in the morning but they weren’t around for long.

The location is perfect for accessing ferries to the Aeolian Islands, together with the option of affordable onsite parking. It’s a 5 min walk to the port. The rooms are modern and spacious, and very secure. Breakfast was high quality and varied. The hostess Nicole was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to the older and more attractive area of Milazzo.

A higher floor would provide a bit of a buffer from street level noise (but this wasn’t generally a problem other early morning bin collection). The single air conditioner needs to be kept on to fully cool the whole apartment in summer

The attention to small details and the service from Simone and Nicole was impeccable, we arrived at midnight on a delayed flight from London however it was so easy to check in/park as clear instructions and videos had been provided on WhatsApp. The room was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom arrangement and it was super clean and perfect for the layover we had before heading off to the aeolian islands. They also arranged parking for when we were away. Next morning there were warm welcomes from all the team especially to our young son. We will be back next year and we would stay here again.

The only thing thing that we thought could be better was the coffee :)

The B&B is located minutes from the boardwalk, with great restaurants and facilities around. Also the port if you’re interested in sailing to the islands. Before our arrival we got a message with all the relevant info needed and more. On our check in Nicole and the staff were so welcoming and informative and helpful. Especially Nicole who helped us with everything including tips on questions we had for the kids with a condition they had :( The pool is great and romantic too. View to the sea and amazing rooftops, the breakfast is super. Great coffee in the rooms. I really want to state out Nicole which was the greatest!!!!

It's a brand new hotel. Very well equipped. Simona and Nikole was very responsive. Very good advice for restaurant and activities. The appartement It's really spacious. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool on the roof but we surly going to do it next time 😀. And the breakfast it's amazing. 5 minutes from the port walking. Great place

Very good location, near the ferry port. The private parking space worth's it. Big balcony with nice view. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast
