It would have been better if there was AC in this room, because it was very hot in the room, there wasn't even a fan, and I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat.

The room is very hot, there is no AC in the room, there is a fan but that is also broken, the bed is broken, the bathroom in the room is absolutely filthy.

Close to the train station

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Our room had what appeared to be bed bugs, and I woke up with multiple bites. The pillows were also visibly dirty and stained, which made the room feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. What made the situation even worse was the lack of assistance from management. I reported the issue to the property manager, but they were unhelpful and did not take the concern seriously or offer a satisfactory solution. Cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately this property failed in both areas. I would not recommend staying here.
