No pude acudir al establecimiento porque me cancelaron la reserva justo casi al llegar a Quito y los hoteles todos estaban ocupados por el concierto

Muy poca amabilidad en el proceso de avisar que no se cumpliría con la reserva. Se entendió que no se pueda dar la reserva por situaciones de fuerza mayor pero el comunicar ya tarde en un lugar y no tener empatía del usuario dejó muy mala experiencia porq no se podía reservar en otro hotel en la pag porq salía como si hubiera cumplido mi estancia 🫠
