It was pleasant and convenient to get in and out of. Great pit stop for a weekend Rotorua trip.

Had a bit of a bleach smell when we first entered, but it dissipated quickly. At least that meant the place was cleaned before we arrived.

"Excellent value for a couple of nights."

Excellent value for money, well equip kitchen and amenities. Beds comfy and WiFi worked well. Overall a really good stay for the price. Not far from town (driving).

Living room a little dark (not much natural light but perfectly usable. Blinds in the bedroom didn't block much light, didn't bother us as we were upstairs and out early but was very light in the morning.

We enjoyed staying in the house more spacious and private very clean and great for families. They have everything like a normal hotel would have.

Maybe consider having a double bed for couples.

"Great place if you're looking for a clean bed, bathroom and kitchen."

Easy to access and clean. Off street parking. Host was very quick to answer messages (their cleaner had forgotten to take dirty laundry, they collected within minutes). Was very clean - we even moved a couch to make it more comfy and behind the couch was spotless. Facilities are good and everything you need is there, but it's not the sort of place to just hang or chill, great if you need a bed, bathroom and kitchen.

Could do with a lick of paint to make it great.
