The owner is very friendly and helpful. She responds to all my questions promptly. The unit is very clean (REALLY) and comes with all the basic necessities (towels, toiletries, blankets, extra mattress, etc.). The apartment has great facilities (pool and playground) which are very suitable for families with small children. Location-wise, it is near convenient marts and restaurants, Sunway Pyramid, and Sunway Lagoon (5-10 minutes drive). The security guards are helpful too. Totally recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a new facility that requires an access card for most areas. It might be a bit inconvenient if you are staying with several people who have different schedules. However, it is still manageable.

The apartment is located in a great place. 21st floor of a huge complex - but the place is neat and tidy.

There's cooking smells(like frying, oily smell) left in one of the rooms, I'm not sure it is from the previous customer or neighbour.
