Be very careful with the €200 security deposit. This issue has been ongoing since September. I paid the deposit via a Stripe link before arrival. After checkout, the host said “don’t worry, the refund will be processed.” A week passed — nothing. After many reminders, the owner claimed he refunded the money via Apple Pay, which is impossible because I paid from my Swedbank account and I do not use Apple Pay. The deposit was never returned. I opened a case with Booking.com, and it has been open since September, with no refund. Later, the manager/owner Daniel wrote to me on WhatsApp and offered a full refund if I deleted or changed my review. He promised to send the money “in a couple of days”, but never sent anything. This behaviour feels like keeping guests’ money and never returning it. Because of this, I cannot trust or recommend these apartments.

The main problem is that I was misled about the deposit refund.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the way these apartments handle money. The entire situation has been ongoing since September of this year. 🔹 Security deposit issue — deposit taken, never returned I paid the €200 deposit through a Stripe request sent before arrival, exactly as required by the listing. After checkout, the host told me “don’t worry, the refund will be processed.” A week passed — nothing. After several reminders, the owner sent me a screenshot claiming he refunded the money via Apple Pay. This is impossible — I paid from my Swedbank account and I do not use Apple Pay. The deposit was never returned. I opened a case with Booking.com. The case has been open since September, and the money is still not returned. After posting a negative review, a manager/owner named Daniel contacted me on WhatsApp and asked me to delete or modify my review in exchange for a full refund. He promised to send the money “in a couple of days”. Ten days passed — nothing again. This behaviour feels like taking guests’ money and not returning it. Financially, this is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. 🔹 Apartment-related issues (оставляю без изменений): Incorrect Wi-Fi access No cleaning supplies No iron/ironing board despite request Ignored messages about late checkout Recycling bin not emptied Constantly clogged sink Extremely uncomfortable mattress, not replaced despite the owner’s claims 🔹Conclusion Based on everything that has been happening since September, especially the fact that my €200 deposit was taken and never returned, I cannot recommend these apartments.

la propreté laisse à désirer: traces suspectes sur l'évier, oreillers sales, je ne suis pas sûr que les draps sortaient du lavage ! une caution est demandée, 255 euros prélevés, 245 euros remboursés après relance !
