The location was perfect for what we needed and close to family for quick visits.

The lack of sharp knives to prepare meals and. Better pots and pans that are made for the hob.

The new property was fine

Double booked property. The power did put us in another larger one which was ok but not in the area we were working in so had rush hour traffic to content with each day.

Good location in a quiet area, short walk to the Metro service for good accessibility. Good size rooms with a nice kitchen.

Beds were a little hard for my liking but that's personal choice. Didn't recieve an email with instructions however after finding the details on booking a quick phone call solved this and access to the lock box for the key was found. Unfortunately the WiFi was broken and phone signal is poor in the area. TV required Internet access. There is some cosmetic damage like broken bath panel, but it does not affect the use.

Living room would get warm quick due to boiler behind the cupboard this wouldn’t be a problem majority of the time in the UK as it’s always cold but I stayed here in summer so it did get a bit warmer

Perfect location for what we needed, clean, lovely bedrooms, bed very comfy, hairdryer provided and sockets close to the full length mirror, everything you need in the kitchen, shower and bath with lovely HOT water... Thank you 😊
