"disappointed, they charge you a 500 euro deposit, charge you for the towels,"

Nothing

The bed sheets were soiled, and the service was unsatisfactory. Furthermore, I strongly advise you to read the entire page, including the fine print, as they charge a 500 euro deposit and promise to refund it within 7 days for such a substandard service. The fact that towels are an additional cost makes the situation even more unacceptable. In conclusion, I believe this to be a complete fraud they still didn't refund my deposit
