Very clean perfect location enjoyed every min of it was great

Think the main door needs a certain when you sleep on the sofa bed gets very bright early hours snd woke me up apart from that 10/10

Bare caravan with no toilet paper or even a sponge to clean cups. Dog hair everywhere all over bed and some sort of crumbs. I paid 102 pound for 1 night and had to be out by 10am I mean 12 noon would be better at that price.

The property was clean & tidy, very close by to everything.

Has running out. Ripped and mould on net curtains. Not that clean. Only 2 forks and dirty cups.

The caravan is on the Coastfields site, which is a popular site in Ingoldmells in a good location. Short walk to the arcades and shops, and the Chinese on site is delicious. The caravan is modern inside in comparison to other caravans. The host was very helpful, she msged prior to our stay with all the relevant information and returned my call within 10 minutes when we had a minor problem with the key code which was our fault.

Having read some of the other recent reviews there appears to be some communication issues between the host and the cleaning team, as there is absolutely no cleaning taking place inside this caravan. We arrived shortly after 12pm, as per the advice from the host. The outside of the caravan was unkempt and not welcoming to the eye. There was rubbish and random items such as a toothbrush outside of the caravan, and random paraphernalia scattered under the decking of the van. The veranda looked like it could do with a good jet wash. With regards to the inside of the caravan, none of the floors in any of the rooms had been hoovered; there were clothes tags, bobby pins, and eyelashes found on the floors, mould on the nets in the living room, the sofa needs a good steam clean as it is covered in stains (see picture). The bathroom and the toilet had not been cleaned, and there were hairs on the shower cubicle walls. Hairs and stains on the beds/bedding - these could do with being replaced. On the Sunday morning when we were tidying up ready to leave, my sister pulled a cushion down from on top of the wardrobe to put back on the bed to find and a rolled up, used sanitary towel covered in blood came down from off of the top of the wardrobe - this is disgusting and not what you expect to find. Although the caravan is generally quite modern throughout it could do with a good deep clean, and for the cleaning team to actually maintain the cleanliness. We stayed from Friday 31st May - Sunday 2nd June 2024, 2 adults and three children from 3-14 years old.

Well the veranda was dirty and outside table and chairs there was no bulbs in room and hallway and in lamps in bedroom not enough cutlery knifes mostly the net curtains was mouldy in room and torn in other windows 😳 but bathroom toilet fridge cooker all clean also beds where comfy
