"Unreliable host with poor language skills, horrible checkin experience"

Great interior design of the apartment, comfortable

Address/location on booking.com mismatching with actual property location by 2km. Host kept us waiting for 2.5h for the room to be available (friend of host had tried to give us a different, more expensive room). Lots of issues with communication (host didn’t speak English nor Georgian).
