Very friendly staff. Everybody from staff is like a 3th hand. They do everything for you! Chef Farid , Mahmoud Mansor, El Coptan, Georges, staff from the Getty, Elsawy. And so on. We had canceled flight from TUI and we're transported to JAZ MIRABE die 1 night. So old resort. Happy we have chosen CLEOPATRA!!!! Thanks.
