The hotel is nice, service is incredible and the staff members are very kind and helpful especially Ahmed Ali from reception and Mohammed the lifeguard from the beach.

Food is very mid. Not at hotel’s standards. Animation is fine but quite repetitive.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great well maintained location.

Having to wait for the staff to inspect our room before check-out was frustrating. We had arranged the timing of our airport taxi to get to the airport early and were delayed due to the checkout process.

אהבנו מאוד את המרחבים הגדולים, את כל סוגי הבריכות, את הצוות שהיה מאוד לבבי. החדר היה גדול ומרווח ונקי מאוד. חדר האמבטיה היה גדול ונקי. אינני יודעת אם המלון היה מלא, אבל כל האווירה הייתה שקטה ונעימה. חדר האוכל היה מרווח ונעים.

ניתן לשפר את איכות האוכל, הבשר שהוצע היה ברובו יבש וחסר טעם. לא מצאנו לחם מלא אבל הסתדרנו עם מה שהיה. הזרם במקלחת היה מאוד חלש - אולי צריך לנקות את ראש במקלחת
