Удобное расположение, рядом пляж, кафе, магазины, железнодорожный вокзал. Просторная квартира. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым.

В квартире было очень холодно. Отопление, заявленное в описании отсутствует. Пульты от кондиционеров и обогреватель отсутствовали. Хозяин обещал принести обогреватель, но не сделал этого и не отвечает на звонки и сообщения. Поздно вечером, когда мы уже легли спать, хозяин принес обогреватель, от которого не было тепла, но очень яркий свет. Квартира не подходит для проживания в холодное время года.
