"Goswell Group - Poor management on behalf of booking.com"

Location wise, convenient.

Staff poor, especially during check-in. Timing mentioned 1400 - 1500. However, staff insisted that it means 1430, and if wanted at 1400, needs to charge RM 30 extra. 2 parking spaces. Only given 1 access card. Making it difficult to park 2 cars. All lifts were not working when we wanted to go out in the morning. Forced to use the utility lift. Otherwise, we may have to use the stairs. ( we have rented 21st floor) Master bathroom door unable to close/ lock. Very inconvinient. Broken security latch on main door.

The apartment is quite big and can stay comfortably

The check in is Chaotic . The owner can’t tell whether the room is ready or not as he is not in the premise. I only got key at about 3:30pm .
