Great location - right in the city center yet quiet. Very well equipped apartment. Host was responsive and friendly with tips on where to park.

There is not much space to sit together as there is only a small table in the galley kitchen, but it was not a problem for us (family of 4) - one night we carried the table into the larger bedroom to eat dinner which worked very well.

La struttura è situata in pieno centro a Cagliari, in zona tranquilla. Si presenta pulitissima e ordinatissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e fornitissima. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e cordialissimo, nonché sempre disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e inoltre ci ha concesso anche di fare il check-out più tardi. La comunicazione è super efficace e noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il prezzo poi per tre persone è ottimo, specialmente per la posizione in cui si trova l’appartamento. Ci ritornerò sicuramente molto volentieri!

Nonostante io sia una persona molto critica, non ho trovato alcun difetto.

Very kind host and super central location. The beds are more comfy than the others in that price class. There were some small issues with the kitchen stove, but the host was quick to address and fix it; The availability of the host is remarkable! Also, it was very clean.

The wifi is very slow which was a bit annoying (~8Mbps down/1-2Mbps up).
