1BR unit in South Residence Las Pinas with Wifi & Netflix

Good shower with warm water, clean apartment and a good comfortable bed. Location is perfect and very silent.

Nothing bad to mention to be honest

I like that it is cozy, clean and the host is attentive and helpful to our needs esp assisting for a safe parking space. I love that it is so near the mall where we should be.

I just hope the host will repair the leaking sink in the bathroom coz its a little hassle to brush teeth at the kitchen sink 🙂

I have nothing to say I never have the opportunity to stay even though I paid in full. No negotiations offer from the owner/ rental agent

Owner is not available to contact despite calling multiple times. I was not allowed to enter the property as I was informed on my arrival that my name is not on the guest list. I only have to speak with security guards that have limited knowledge on what to do during my arrival, as they are instructed by the owners not to let anyone enter the premises with out proper authority. That's what I was told.
