GBLocation was great, beaches were close. Comfortable stay. overall property was clean and tidy. Clean sheet and bedding. Welcoming scent as you enter. Beach equipment/gear available for use.
The property was addressed as 74 California Road. Whereas; it is actually 74 Sunbeach Holiday Park. It took us time to find it and misleading. We like to walk bare feet indoors, the floor was not clean enough to do this. Porch area could do with a brush between stays to clear webs and wind carried debris. This dampened our first impression. Sofa's and the patio furniture are little tired.

Very high electricity consumption with only a working refrigerator. All appliances were turned off, only the fridge was working, and the electricity went out within 60-70 minutes of £1. This amounts to a lot per day.
