"Très bel hôtel"

Très bel hôtel à deux pas du centre tout en étant très calme. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. L'espace piscine est très agréable. La chambre vue Lac est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Le personnel est très agréable, à l'écoute et serviable. Le parking au pied de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Il manquerait juste un petit réfrigérateur pour mettre de l'eau au frais.

L'hôtel est calme avec spa, le personnel aux petits soins, l'emplacement proche du lac de divonne et du centre ville, j'ai adoré mon séjour

Manque peut-être des chaussons pour descendre au spa (sûrement à demander mais pourrait être fournis d'office) et pas de frigo dans la chambre mais bouteille d'equ, bouilloire avec thés et machine à café

"Great location and nice facilities and personnel."

The staff (Vera at the reception and restaurant manager) was very helpful.

I think for Easter breakfast (the hotel was full) they were short of personnel to have the meals and dishes renewed timely. On other morning though the service was good.
