Good communication and quick to reply. Door code didn't work when I got there since I checked in early and they were able to help me change it ASAP.

"Stay would have been perfect without the loud tenants above making noises early and late at night."

Location was prefect, easy access, and parking was easy.

The above neighbor or tenant is extremely too loud. The stumping, walking loud, and running from kid or kids was too noisy, couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Host did nothing to correct the problem even though I reached out to him about the noises.

The apartment was clean and great facilities for long stays. Good also the location, easy to reach the center by metro even tho the apartment was a bit far from the metro station, about 10 min walk.
