Fantastic home to home feeling. Everithing exactly as in pictures. Very nice&cosy ! Extremely comfy beds! We enjoyed our stay in Cleethorpes. Quick response to messages and very friendly communication! Such perfection 5min to sea! 10*

Very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. I would find instructions helpful for the cooker (oven) and the heating as I found these difficult to navigate. Location ok but was under the impression the property was near the beach which it is (at the very end), but not central to the beach and it's a good walk or a train ride to the centre. As someone with mobility issues, I found this disappointing, and i had to take the car. Overall, it was a nice stay.

No instructions for cooker or heating.
