It is close to the city center and the owner was very polite; the information regarding the checking-in and all the other details were very clear and accurate. Self check-in with no problem.

The look of the apartment is old and worn (it is not as shining and sparkling as in the pictures). A lot of things need renovation and it has to be cleaner; a lack of attention to details from the side of the owner (like the garbage bin was broken and left outside in the kitchen under the window; there were big bags of laundry in one of the closets; the ceiling in the bathroom was damaged from a water leak, the tiling in the bathroom and kitchen was dirty, there were/cables hanging on the walls in the hallway). In my opinion the price should be half of what it’s asking for these conditions. And whoever gave big ratings before me didn’t do a lot of traveling because this is not a place of 9. If this is 9, then a hotel room at Hilton should be rated 20.

The host is very kind and understanding. Check-in instructions were very clear and useful. There is a free parking lot near the accommodation. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need.

Місце розташування - 5 хв пішки до станції потяга Nicolina, це для нас було дуже важливо Квартира на першому поверсі, 3-кімнатна, простора, розрахована на 5-6 осіб. В двох кімнатах - двоспальні ліжка, у вітальні великий розкладний диван. Всі фото оголошення відповідають дійсності. Квартира в гарному стані, гарно прибрана. На кухні є все необхідне. Гаряча вода постійно. Опаленням не користувалися, т.як погода була гарна (20.03.2026)

Недоліків не знайшли. Ми задоволені перебуванням в квартирі
