Location was good

A few things not ready for arrival

The apartment had everything you needed, it was clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony and wonderful view over the chilterns.

Needed a bit more cutlery. And some washing up liquid 🙏🏻

The accommodation was beautiful, really well furnished, spotless and clean, great facilities, and the host was so helpful, 10/10 for communication, they really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Nothing, it was perfect, everything has been thought about

the location for us was good being we were visiting family

no keys to the main door for the first 3 days, tried to phone for help the phone line was rubbish and they hung up on me. I found a brown mark on the wall behind the toilet and drink marks on the furniture and pencil marks on the walls. on the 4th night, an alarm in the building was going off all night contacting the helpline and was of no help at all as it seemed it was not their problem the alarm not being turned off until 9 am the next morning resulted in a sleepless night and now I have revied an email stating my deposit had been returned but to date, it has not the funds arrivied in my account, having sent an email I received a bounce back stating their mailbox was full, I now believe we re being ripped off

As regular visitors to Wycombe, being on the West Wycombe Road was the first attraction. Then, comfortable accommodation was required, which the property easily met, being a recent new build block of 6 flats. The top floor flat and balcony were welcoming for us.

Manouvering a car into a designated space in the rear car park is a challenge. The developer could easily have provided more space for modern wide cars.
