Montagu Villa Apt14

Joli appartement dans une résidence sécurisée. Confortable et très bien équipé, ce logement possède 3 chambres (sur 2 niveaux), 2 sdb et 3 WC. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très réactifs, merci pour les petites attentions à l'arrivée (eau minerale et jus de fruit). Bien placé à 2mn à pieds de la plage et derrière la rue des restaurants, 10mn à pieds du supermarché.

Des travaux en cours dans la résidence ce qui rend l'environnement bruyant la journée, et coupure d'eau le 1er jour (propriétaire qui s'est déplacé tout de suite pour vérifier, coupure générale dans la résidence) à prendre en compte.

Very comfortable with all facilities. Host Kershley was very understanding and supportive. Car park was very helpful and right in front of apartment.

Rooms were on separate floors. No ocean view. Location was slightly difficult to find.

The Villa is in a great location, close to the beach and all the amenities. The size of the Villa was good and the bed was huge and very comfortable. There is an electric gate to get into the resort area and staff on the gate so it felt very safe and secure. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions I asked. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked really well. It was in a quiet area so no noise in the evenings. I would definitely recommend as it was a lovely Villa at an excellent price

We couldn’t get hot water for the shower one of the days but it was only a minor thing as it was a hot day

1 villa opposite was being refurbished so a lot of building noise.
