CW41 St Osyth Beach Holiday Park Essex

Park was fantastic

CW41was filthy, needs a deep clean , needs urgent maintenance on broken stool. Window , shelves .Electrics. we only stayed one night my daughter in law booked us in on booking . com for fri and Saturday night for another £154 , on same lovely park .

Absolutely nothing the caravan is nothing like the pictures advertised as them pictures are really old there was stains on over the sofas and bedding everything was filthy missing curtains broken blind on floor of the bedroom bathroom the shower was all moldy and rotten didn’t even attempt to have a shower ended up getting own dinner set and knife and folks to-use carpets are all pulled up and the window is broken and duct taped half closed

Absolutely everything if I drove or had enough money to go home I would have absolutely disgusting

It was dirty , mouldy curtains and blinds were not up on all the windows … one of the windows in front room had no handle so couldn’t shut it at all although the man did come and tape it shut and he also put cardboard on the bathroom window as there was no blind which me and my teenage daughter were not happy about and very uncomfortable considering we were staying on our own here… the beds were the worst we’ve ever slept on … the mattresses all of them were rotten … plates were dirty as were the utensils, it also smelt of damp and mould … it hadn’t been cleaned properly at all the windows mirrors and tv were full of dust and finger marks … the sofas are all stained and very uncomfortable… staying here wasn’t a pleasure at all given I had paid £750 for this caravan for a week … also the carbon monoxide alarm was missing batteries although Paul did put 2 in when he came but it takes 3 and the cover was also missing … the owner of the van is very honest in telling me he only buys the vans to rent . To put it frankly he’s happy to take your money and not give a damn about anything in that van which is disgusting tbh but don’t mind taking your money … I would advise anyone do not waste your money and stay here it is not worth the money … its not even fit for a dog . Bed was really bad not comfortable and dirty

It's very bad condition.The Window handle is broken and can't close properly.i have two kids and they are scared.The beds are not comfortable and it's better to sleep on the floor than the bed.The plates,bowls,cups and forks and more were not washed. It was dirty around the house like the inside and there was tissue and cigarettes in between the couches. It was dirty around like it was abounded. I don't wanna come to the same experience again.

Absolutely disgusting… We arrived and left within 10 minutes!! I regularly take my two little girls to various caravans as they love them… Well apart from this one!!! It was filthy, absolutely awful, not cleaned, then when I contacted the “host” he was vile, telling me “not to make it up” and, after requesting a refund (£95 for the one night we was due to stay - plus we weren’t allowed to check in until 4pm), he replied telling me that he would “invoice me for wasting his time”!!

May be a self clean visit..but theres no way that there a cleaner to check to property is fit for the next guests to arrive..myself and my friend with our 2 toddlersboth aged 2 arrived amd were shocked at the state of the static caravan. It aas love a horror show..curtains hanging off..grease amd hair on the oven. Urine stained toilet. Fag burns in the pillows. We then complained to the owner with the number what was left via email. The owner tried to talk his way out with 'if your leaving let me know I will re let ' after a few messages sent between conversations the owner then offered another static home to stay in just a few metres up. This one was meant to be with 259 pounds night. We agreed to exchanged and went to look at this property . Yes it was better...but still ..for 259 pound I think it was still not up to standards..poo stained toilets. Pee scented bathroom..bed sheets with dribble patches..if your going to run a business that is self cleaning, then hire someone who will go and check its fit for the next family /couple/mate getaway/ hen party ect to sleep in..you make a mint of this. Its not right to take the money from people that have have grafted and saved to come and stay and expect to feel comfable and safe when the place looks like it's been sqatted in..best of luck with your business. Ps . Hire a cleaner

Absolutely appalling rude owner had to call the police caravan smelt terrible was filthy asked for a refund he threatened to scam me still haven’t got a refund as booking.com or terrible at customer service. Absolutely appalling do not ever book through booking.com for this caravan.
