Club House was Very good carvan was in a Nice place. Inside the Carvan was Clean and Tidy,

Massive 🐜 Nest outside Decking Had to purchase ANT TRAPS, Had Cigarettes 🚬 Butt's out Front, double bed Absolutely diabolical as mattress is shot to pieces ie springs gone, very uncomfortable, disappointed with no Internet service in caravan.

We liked that it was close to the sea

There were no comfortable beds, they were uncomfortable. I don't know if you can call them a bed. We were in a better caravan, mainly comfortable. The shower was great except that it was clogged and the water drained slowly. t would need to be cleaned. And there was a mess of cigarettes in front of the caravan and under the caravan.

Perfect for sea front , the items left in property eg toilet roll,washing up liquid really helped.

The site closed the entrance barriers without telling anyone thats not good when I had someone picking us up.

The entertainment complex

Having no water on arrival and waiting 5 hrs to sort it. No lights working in bedroom or ensuite

Damp and mold under carpet in dining area. Took photos. Not very clean. 100%not as advertised. The place was bearbones and very depressing. The ant were in the kitchen. Which has been complained a out before my stay. TV still has a big cloud on screen. No way to vacuum the place so your just dragging in my dirt and grass. I did call the host a few time. I checked out early as I was worried about my health as there was mold in dining /front room. I would not stray there for free. I did call booking.com and sent photos Stay here at you own risk

Caravan was clean & on a pleasant park.

Beds weren't the most comfortable. Parking was away from the caravan.

Location was quiet. Had everything we needed.

Double bed was uncomfortable.
