Malvazios Villas Panorama Pool Villa

Wir waren in Villa 4: Großartige Aussicht von allen zimmern außer dem Kinderzimmer. Die küchenausstattung ist auch gut. Der Pool und die vielen sitz- und liegemöglichkeiten in der Villa und der Anlage sind wunderbar. Tasos und seine Familie sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten eine Stunde eher anreisen und das Haus beziehen.

Die Möbel und die Inneneinrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus war nicht ganz sauber bei Bezug. Die Betten im Kinderzimmer müssten mal erneuert werden.

Ruim appartement met verschillende slaapkamers, twee badkamers, ruim en groen terras op bagane grond en ruim terras boven. Heel fijne dat in alles was voorzien, wasmachine voor kleding, volledige keuken (excl vaatwasser), oven en basis keukenspullen (koffie, these, zout peper, olie etc aanwezig). Supervriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ruim zwembad dat gedeeld wordt met andere villas.

Heel weinig. Enige minpuntje wat we konden vinden is dat interieur beetje gedateerd is.

Nous avons aimé la localisation juste à coté de Ghythio et des plages, la vue sur mer des différents endroits / terrasses, la piscine et le ménage journalier et les petits chatons qui avaient elus domicile dans un trou devant nos fenêtres

Tout est un peu vieillot et de brique et de broc. Il était inscrit dans la description qu'il y avait 3 lits dans la deuxième chambre ce qui n'était pas le cas, mon 3eme enfant à du dormir dans le salon. Il y a eu beaucoup de vent quand nous étions là et les fenêtres n'étaient pas étanches, le vent passait et cela faisait beaucoup de bruit ce qui nous a empêché de dormir . Impossible d'ouvrir les placards dans la deuxième chambre c'est bloqué par les lits.

The location and the views were great. The property was very comfortable with two bathrooms which is a major plus for a family of 5. Tassos and his wife are very nice and very helpful when we had a problem with the hot water. The sitting areas around the house are a major plus. We spent most of our time out there. The pool is also great and clean. The location is perfect, 5 minute drive to Githio. I would definitely stay here again.

The water pressure in the apartment isn’t great. We had a problem with the hot water heater so they let us shower in a different apartment where the water pressure was much better.

Every detail was thought through with Malvazios. This villa is beyond large with amazing views, it was perfect for my family. The pool was so elegant and Tazos the owner was beyond helpful with anything we needed. We will be coming here again next year, so happy we found this magical place.

Extremely convenient, a stone's throw away from central Gytheio, private parking, AMAZING view, very clean and FULLY EQUIPPED. The entire place is outstandingly done - the pool, the lights, the pavements, the grass - and gives a sense of luxury at an affordable price. Works for families, couples and companies of friends who want to have fun, eat-in a couple of nights enjoying the view and the surroundings. Home - away from home. Apart from central Gytheio (picturesque port-town with beautiful places to eat and drink at the Venetian port), it is only a short drive from landmark places to visit like Areopoli (the old town is a gem), Limeni (crystal blue waters and view) and only an hour's comfortable drive (safe road) from the castle-city of Monemvasia which is a must to visit. The nearby beach is also very beautiful. Generally -- IDEAL LOCATION to see the entire Mani.

Honestly, there is nothing I could think of! Everything was perfect.
