INError 404 - Not Found!
- We were provided with basic amenities like kettle, glasses, towel and toiletries only after asking. - Hot water was not available 24x7, had to call the staff for that. - The bucket and mug was quite old with bucket having hole at side, soap/shampoo was not provided. - Had to call the staff multiple times to get the things fixed. - The food was not good. We ordered VEG Amritsari chole kulche, what we got was Chole Kulche tasting like EGGS! Yuks. My taste buds are traumatised for life now. Hotel needs to improve a lot, kindly take this review on a serious note and take the necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.
