Location, warm apartment

Tv doesnt work (only youtube, other channels only sound without picture). Missing some equipment in kitchen. Robot-like communication using automatized messages. Stingy in general. Money greedy apartment owners. We paid the fact that we were unable to come first day due to closed roads because of wind and snow EDIT: Please don't be rude. I have not mistaken you apartment with someone else and I will not remove my review. Reviews here are for a reason.
