Zostel Goa, Anjuna

Amazing stay at Zostel! Special shoutout to Sameer and Arbaz, the managers who made our stay truly unforgettable. From taking us out for a night of fun to a warm and friendly goodbye, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Their hospitality and kindness made our trip truly special. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The property is fantastic, with a great location, amenities, and a super cool play area where we could relax, unwind, and have some fun! The games, hammocks, and chill vibes made it the perfect spot. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend Zostel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay! Thanks again, Sameer and Arbaz, for an amazing time ❤️

Location - The location was perfect for us. It's just 5-10 minutes drive away from the most happening night clubs in Anjuna and Vagator (Purple Martini, Mayan, Raeeth, and others in Romeo Lane). Also, just 15mins to Baga Beach (Brittos). Accommodation - The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was great - cleaned the room and bathroom every morning. Check-in & Check-out - The best part! We arrived very early by 8am, but they were kind enough to check-in as early as 9am. They let us rest inside in the recreation room until our beds were made. Also, for checking out, we slept late after a late night party and couldn't be ready by 10am for the check out. However they were kind enough to give us an extra hour to check-out. Very friendly and understanding staff! Services - Rent a car and Two wheelers were just outside the entrance and so easy to book. Restaurant - it is more like a cafeteria. So yeah, you will have to look for something outside. Entertainment - there is Table Tennis and Snooker, and also a pool which are all good and accessible. Overall we enjoyed our 4 days' stay there!

Property

Staff was not friendly and was not allowing to choose our bed in dorm, we were just two female travellers given beds in different room though the bed was available in the same dorm and Wifi was not working for two whole days, which made us difficult to work. Got creepy dorm mates who made us very uncomfortable over all very bad experience

Wifi service, clean the pool and get friendly staffs!! Please give priortity to female guests while alloting the beds in mixed dorms.

Liked the facilities as I do at every Zostel.

There was a certain staff who was pretty rude to us. The washroom was a little smelly. And the pool could've been bigger and also in a better location inside the property. The price of the room seems too much compared to the other hostels even though the facilities & rest are similar.
