Отличное месторасположение, спокойный и безопасный городок, зелень и красиво. Хороший дом, есть кухня и терасса. Хозяин на связи. В принципе, отличный недорогой вариант, если заселяться адекватные соседи, которые ценят тишину и уважают друг друга. Но есть риск, когда может быть наоборот. На кухне есть вся техника, приятный бонус это чай и кофе.

Рекомендация на кухню приобрести больше кастрюль.

Está todo muy limpio y nuevo. Nos tocó la habitación del piso superior y era algo abuhardillada, muy bonita y cómoda. El baño compartido estaba muy limpio. Las zonas comunes, cocina, terraza y jardín muy bonitas. la cocina muy bien equipada. Personas respetuosas. Barrio tranquilo.

Solo un baño con ducha para compartir es insuficiente.
