"Good stay apart frm"

Collected keys from office and advised to use garage to the right side of security. Fob would not open door and I had to return to the Zap office. A representative followed me to the garage and he could not open the door. He then tried the fob at another entrance and the garage door opened. I misplaced keys Saturday 14th eventually and made numerous attempts to contact the emergency number / WhatsApps link. Eventually after several exchanges Sunday 15th I received a message at 10:40hrs advising replacement keys in safe at Port office. Collected keys but fob would not open mail entrance doorway. Security was helpful and agreed to open the door and accompanied me to the apartment to check key would open door. Also spare keys did not include garage fob so we could not access our hire car. I located the original keys and returned the spares to the safe.
