great location 10 min walk into city centre. the car park is a 3 minute walk if you use the lane at the back of the house. the house is lovely and has all the facilities you need. it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, I would book again without hesitation

although the house was superficially clean it could do with a deep clean. the beds are quite soft which can result in back pain if you are used to a firmer mattress but it can be tolerated if you are only staying a few nights
