Wij waren er half Maart, dus helaas geen zon op de balkons

De ligging was top , het appartement was top 👍👌❤️

Er viel niets tegen , het is voor herhaling vatbaar ❤️

- Nähe zur Strandpromenade - Umfangreiche Ausstattung Küchenzubehör. - Freundliche Hausverwaltung, die allerdings nach einem Einbruch in der Wohnung leider nur schleppend handelte.

- Schöne Wohnung, leider mit sehr wenig direkter Sonneneinstrahlung( im Winter nur 45 Minuten auf einem Balkon - Schlechte Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer - zentraler Mülltonnenplatz direkt unterhalb der Wohnung, zwar praktisch, aber sehr laut, da Restaurants noch spät in der Nacht mit Einkaufswagen angefordert kamen und ihre Leergutladungen dort lautstark entsorgten - Die Heizung war bei Anreise defekt. Da die Buchung im Winter stattfand, war die angegebene Heizung ein Haupt-Buchungsgrund. Leider hatte diese nach Einschätzung der Agentur einen größeren Schaden und zog umfangreiche Handwerkertätigkeiten nach sich, deshalb Verzicht auf Reperatur während unserer Anwesenheit und heizen nur mit 2 nachgereichten Öfchen möglich. - Außentür Hauptschlafraum mit Zugang zum Balkon konnte nach Einbruch und Diebstahl des Safe nicht mehr verschlossen werden. Reperatur erfolgte in den folgenden 10 Tagen nicht, da die Agentur erst Versicherungsangelegenheiten klären musste. Eine Versicherung zur Erstattung des Schaden durch Diebstahl gab es von Vermieterseite nicht. Dieses Ereignis und die folgende Nicht-Verschließbarkeit der Wohnung hat unsere Urlaubsfreuden leider sehr getrübt.

The apartment was spacious and the location was great.

The roller shutters for the windows in the bedroom were both broken: in the master bedroom the shutter didn't fully close and left cracks which let in light and noise from the street. In the other bedroom the shutter was completely broken and when we arrived, it was half way open and didn't move. After asking to fix it, someone came to just shut it and it didn't even close properly and was stuck for the rest of the stay. In the master bedroom, besides the shutter, the curtains were also broken and a rope was hanging from the curtain bar. This left a really bad initial experience of the apartment. The rental company did respond to the complaint promptly so that was great, but they should have let us know beforehand that the shutters are broken. Another detail was that on the first evening we noticed that it's not possible to use both showers at the same time since the water will be cold in the other shower if they are used at the same time. I guess that's usual in old buildings like this one.

L'appartement est vraiment idéal pour bien profiter de la ville. Très proche de la promenade, il est calme, avec deux terrasses et tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.

Akorat velky byt na prijemnou dovolenou hned u plaze. Dve koupelny, dve loznice, 2 terasy s posezenim, vybavena kuchynka.

Byt uz je ponekud starsi, misty jde videt zub casu, nektere dvere drhnou a tim padem jdou hure otevirat. Stejne tak je nefunkcni roleta v mensi loznici. Museli jsme podepirat drivkem.
