A localização, a funcionária Patricia is just an amazing person. Mesmo tendo chegado para além das hora que seria do Check in ela teve a amabilidade de esperar e ainda nos acompanhar para as compras na noite. Formidável.

Everything

After traveling through several East and Southern African countries, this stay was a highlight. The design is beautiful, the apartment is very spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need for a self-catering stay, well-stocked kitchen, a bathtub (a treat!), and consistent warm water. A standout feature was the washing machine—it was the quietest I have ever encountered! The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the Smart TV was a great addition. The communication with the host was superb and very clear. Secure on-site parking and is conveniently located near shops. Though there is another apartment on the upper floor, this ground-level unit felt private and comfortable.

Stressful Departure & Hectic Check Out. While the stay was wonderful, the departure was quite poor. We were slowly packing and moving things to the car when the cleaner arrived before our 10:00 AM check-out time. The cleaner seemed unhappy that we were still there until the official check-out time, which created a very awkward atmosphere. We ended up moving our belongings to the car quite hectically; it wasn’t a great way to end the stay, especially when traveling with kids and trying to get everyone organized. A bit more coordination on timing would have made the departure as smooth as the rest of the stay.

Casa excelente, com decoração simples, moderna e de bom gosto. Estacionamento para 2 carros é perfeito.

Pouco espaço exterior para jardim, e piscina. Nos WC faz falta chuveirinho higiênico, bengaleiro de roupa.

We found Utopia on the Rock2 was very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when in Nelspruit
