The location was amazing and the size of the apartment, presentation and facilities were outstanding. Very well managed to an exceptional standard.

Ich wurde von Booking.com praktisch erzwungen eine Wohnung zu nehmen, weil Booking.com mir überwiegend Wohnungen oder nur sehr teure Hotels gezeigt hat. Vor Ort habe ich aber festgestellt, dass es in Turin genügend gute und bezahlbare Hotels gibt. Die hat mir aber Booking.com nicht gezeigt. So eine Suchmaschine ist nutzlos.

Insgesamt ist das Angebot und besonders das Kundenservice von Booking.com schlechter geworden. Es meldet sich nur noch KI, was nichts bringt. Eine echte Person vom Kundenservice erreicht man nicht, wenn man nicht stundenlang am Telefon wartet.

Excellent hôtel en plein centre-ville de Turin. Magnifiques chambres très spacieuses, refaites à neuf. Nous avons adoré les deux chambres que nous avons réservées. Tout est moderne et très joli. Pour des prix plus que raisonnable pour le centre-ville. En plus, dans les deux chambres il y avait une cuisine et des bouteilles d’eau à disposition. Dommage que nous avons passé qu’une seule nuit. Si on pouvait, on aurait prolongé notre séjour.
