Sierra Vista 1 Ubud

Really modern-looking. Spacious.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. One of the main issues was that staff were present on the property at all times, yet we were never informed about this in advance. We expected more privacy and found this quite uncomfortable. We were also surprised that breakfast was prepared inside our villa. This was not something we had been told beforehand and felt unusual for this type of accommodation. During our 4-night stay, our towels were not changed even once. In addition, the pool was never cleaned, and by the end of our stay it contained a significant amount of dirt and leaves. Another major concern was the air conditioning in the living room. It produced a very unpleasant odor that reminded us of raw chicken, making it uncomfortable to spend time in that area. Overall, we feel that better communication, housekeeping, and maintenance would greatly improve the guest experience.

The view of Sierra Vista 1 Ubud was really beautiful, although the room was cleaned every day, it was very good to start the day with breakfast every morning.

We had an internet problem, when we told this to the relevant person, he said that the internet was gone all around Ubud and left us without internet, but we brought the internet ourselves on the 2nd day by opening and closing the internet box. Unfortunately, I would like to say that the villa operator is distracting us in this regard. He didn't even bother to come and look. 2. The mouse situation was very common due to the rice field, we saw 7 or 8 mice in 4 days, but we took our precautions accordingly, thank you anyway.

The location and the interiors and greenary inside the villa were great ! Also it was very peaceful.

Some parts of the villa could have been cleaned more properly. Also some measures should be taken to control the flies in the home. Some more vegetarian options should be added for breakfast.

très belle villa moderne, les chambres sont immenses et donnent directement sur la piscine, bon petit déjeuner préparer sur place, et très belle expérience du dinner avec un chef à domicile.

il manque une terrasse couverte pour pouvoir manger dehors en cas de pluie ce qui est fréquent à cette époque.

design and layout was great. Hosts personally made breakfast everyday, so you felt very special.

location is a bit remote from town, extra taxi costs to get around.
