Riu Palace Macao - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The property was beautiful! And very well maintained and kept clean. P

Not being able to get clear directions to a pharmacy. My friend needed hydrocortisone cream but one of the men at the front desk was able to facilitate us having some delivered from an outside pharmacy. Above and beyond.

The resort was beautiful! 🌅 I loved that it was connected to other resorts within waking distance! 😄 The food and drinks were amazing! 🥰 The service was top notch 😁 The hotel room was great! 🙏🏽

I have a gf and we've been friends for 30 years and we decided to celebrate my birthday together and every time I mentioned to the front desk staff that this was my gf they insinuated we were in a romantic relationship 😞

El personal

La gastronomia, todo repetido, poca variedad, algo impensado para un Palace, en la recepcion no nos dijeron que habia farmacia y nos cobraron 89 u$s unas gotas oticas, y resulta que habia y en la farmacia costaban 36 u$s, eso no se hace, poco cuidado con el turista, el restaurante asiatico... incomible, todp frio, los otros tres, siempre los mismas 3 platos, en 10 dias repetir todo. Realmente despues de 15 años de ir a Punta Cana a varios All Inclusive de varias cadenas, debo decir que es de lo peor, la bebida alcoholica es de una calidad pauperrima, solo los premium, que no vale la pena pagar mas para serlo, tienen bebidas decentes y para tener un solo restaurante mas que todos los "comunes", desencantado totalmente. Y el colmo, en la playa, gente vendiendo marihuana.

Le personnel nous a très mal reçu , il nous a déclassé alors qu’on avait pris l’option élite , pas de remboursement rien , pas de cadeau , rien , cafard géant dans la chambre , ça vaut même pas un petit ressort

EL HOTEL ES INCREIBLE, PERO MÁS LA COMIDA!!!

El colchón estaba en muy mal estado, super incomodo, pero pedimos cambio de habitación y nos lo solucionaron para la segunda noche!

La comida

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones siempre están limpias. El buffet es muy bueno y tiene mucha variedad, y cada noche tienen una sección temática de comida ej: mexicana, italiana etc.

Very clean, food slightly above average for all inclusive, entertainment every night even if it wasn't a Riu party

My wife and I are from Chicago and we're black I'm light skin but she's dark like Haitian or Jamaican the only time she was treated good was from Haitians especially the Haitian women staff members. The staff treated me like royalty because they assumed I was Dominican which I'm not I'm black and native but they ignored her and wouldn't speak even if she spoke first so I stopped tipping if they treated her wrong. This is my second time in the DR but my wife's first and will not be returning to the DR period because if they have a problem with my wife's skin color then you have a bigger problem with me, I will not go to another country and spend thousands just to be treated badly and looked down at. The funny part is that Dominican in America are looked no different than black people, racist put us all in the same category. Also music at the riu parties was terrible ✌🏾
