"Host cancelled but never refunded."

Our booking was cancelled by the hosts less than 24 hours before our arrival. This was due to a leak, so can't be helped. booking.com were really helpful in finding somewhere else. We have lived and worked in Aberdeen previously, and this apartment is in a great location.

SJA stays have still not refunded the money from the cancellation. We had paid the full amount in June, for a start of August stay, and almost a month on we have had no refund. Booking.com have been very helpful but SJA Stays have not returned calls or emails from us, despite us being in touch with them numerous times.
