Ability to cook by ourselves (with access to rice cooker and air fryer), washing machine, cleanliness, two bathrooms, big fridge, and air conditioning in every bedroom (and a lot of fans). It's just a bit distant from the main road, so it is not noisy, but still well communicated (for example, shopping centre is in walking distance). The host is very helpful and in constant contact - she even bought us the tickets for the bus to our next stop, saving us a lot of effort and costs. Thank you very much!

The owner, Ms Jacy, was very nice and helpful, she did not intervene much beside initial welcoming. We asked for suggestions on a vegan restaurant and she recommended us Om Vegan Restaurant which turned out to be just as we expected. About the apartment, the pros are: - Good location, located in a quiet neighboorhood about 1km walking distance to the beach, not too far and you can ride or drive directly to the main beach which big parking space. - The apartment is very well-maitained, very clean and comfortable. - Good wifi - Lovely city view up high ( I stayed at floor 10) - Good kitchen utensils so you can even cook your own meals, it even equipped with an infrared cooker, an airfryer, a refridgerator… - A washer and clothes hanger so you can do laundry. - Parking is available in the basement but most people just park around the surrounding streets nearby. Parking spots are abundant.

- Noise insulation could be improved, but I am an easy sleeper so that is not a very big hassle to me.
