Sunlit Stylish Penthouse with Hot Tub - Close to Sliema Promenade, St Julian's & St Georges Bay

The property is lovely with 3 balconies (1 penthouse) and in the heart of Sliema/Gzira. Very safe and perfect for a couple.

Only bad things to mention were the shower and the bed. The shower pressure was very high and the bed had some sort of dip in it. Other than that it suited us to a T.

very pleasent stay, sun lounger broken , we told them first day , said it would be replaced never was, i note from 5 weeks previous some one had noted broken sun lounger, lack of drinking glasses, mattress needs looking at , dips in middle, never got tv working, that needs looking at, security needs looking at , if host/landlord turnred up with their presence now and again and checked these things , would be a good idea, no instructions for the hob, only communication was through whatsapp, if like our selves being in our 60s not good with induction hob , i use gas , entry systems all computerised /digital, one day we had 3 guys come up in lift , who were staying 2 flites down , lift door opened straight in to our appartment. didnt report it , as i say im a human being, would have been nice for someone to talk to, instead of txting.

Pristupačnost apartmanu te sadržaj u njemu, jacuzzi je odličan dodatak te jedan od razloga zašto smo i odabrali ovaj objekat. Dobra pozicija te mirno okruženje, na dohvat ruke mnoštvo restorana i barova te trgovina. Okolina mirna, ali ste blizu svih događanja.

Cijena bi mogla biti nešto niža s obzirom na sami apartman. Dosta stvari u apartmanu je nedostajalo za svakodnevnicu(kuhinjske krpe, čaše za vino, zastor u kupaonici). Također - uz TV dolazi 2 univerzalna daljinska upravljača ali niti jedan ne radi. Za 8 noćenja nemate čišćenje apartmana te dobijete samo 4 ručnika(2 manja i 2 veća) ali smo na upit ipak dobili još ručnika. Za 8 noćenja su nam ostavili jednu rolu ubrusa za kuhinju te dvije role toalet papira. Terasa je bila poprilično prljava i puna otpada od lišća, dlaka i prašine, cvijeće skroz osušeno. Prilikom ulaska u apartman u 16:00 zatekao nas je nered u kupaonici od nekakvih radova, naravno o tome nismo obaviješteni iako smo cijelo to prijepodne bili u kontaktu s iznajmljivačima, također čistoća i urednost samog apartmana je dosta niska(pogotovo za ovu cijenu). Zatekli smo pokidanu ležaljku kraj jacuzzija te nakon što smo to napomenuli rekli su da nije bila potrgana kada smo mi došli.(još čekamo hoće li nam naplatiti štetu). Također bi bilo poželjno imati nekakav vid zaštite od sunca kraj jacuzzija(suncobran)

The penthouse apartment was just as described. Everything that we needed. It was clean, comfortable and a great location. Several shops a minute walk from the apartment for milk, wine and fresh bread. A couple of minutes walk to the promenade, but just far enough away that it was still a quiet area. We had 2 balconies and a rooftop area. Air-conditioning was fantastic and needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable and plenty of storage. Loads of sockets and USB ports. Communication with the host was with WhatsApp and had very fast and helpful responses. Nothing was a bother. 10/10
