"Terrible place to stay"

Broken glass bottle in fridge, staff didn't really seem to care about anything. Was a real struggle trying to get free WiFi from staff food was cold didn't even spend 1 night checked out after about hour.

The place is clean, friendly staff, very professional and willing to assist. Zainab and Catherine at the front desk were excellent. Jimmy, Lavender and other housekeeping staff were also good! The security guard, always willing to assist, I wish I knew his name. Thank you for all you do every day for your clients.

"Awesome stay."

I had a red eye flight and arrived quite early, but they were kind enough to let me check in ahead of time. This was such a thoughtful and human gesture. It gave me a chance to rest and recharge, which made all the difference for the rest of the day.
