What a gem of a place. From the moment we arrived, Luca came and personally spent time with us — showing us around, making us feel genuinely welcome rather than just handing over keys. You could tell immediately that this man cares deeply about his guests. The apartment itself is stunning. Everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully put together with real attention to detail. Nothing feels generic or thrown together — it’s clear Luca has put love into every corner of this place. The attic was the highlight for us — coolest space, great decor, board games, music, the whole vibe. We didn’t want to leave it. Location is perfect — right on Piazza Matteotti in the heart of Greve in Chianti. You’re steps away from everything. If you’re visiting Chianti, don’t look anywhere else. Luca is the kind of host that makes a trip truly memorable. We’ll be back.”

A perfect spot for a wine country stay in Greve! Luca has impeccable taste and was so helpful coordinating a driver and reservations at wineries. The balcony off our room was an unexpected treat!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit einem ebenso netten Gastgeber, der ein Faible für Kino hat. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Gefrühstückt wird selbstständig im Gemeinschaftsbereich, es gibt zwei oder drei Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad.. Die Lage am Hauptplatz von Greve ist top.

Pulizia, posizione, accoglienza

The rear room had lots of space and you could see and hear the bell of the main building in the piazza.The communal area was nicely decorated. Overall great location. Organising when the host would meet us to check us in was smooth and easy but needed as there is no reception so you cannot just arrive and the host be there to let you in. The piazza has restricted parking so if driving you will need to park in one of the several nearby car parks within a few minutes walk of the property. There is no lift and the room is on the top floor so be aware of this if you have a big or heavy bag.

We liked everything, the only thing that was unclear to us (maybe we missed it on the page or because we don't typically stay in B&B's) was there are 2 rooms onto a communal kitchen/lounge. It was not a problem for us and the other couple were very quiet.

La chambre était très belle, spacieuse, propre.

L'host è stato gentile e accogliente. Il B&B è curato e arredato con cura. La posizione è nel centro del paese, accanto alla piazza principale.

La colazione molto standard e in stile alberghiero.
