Accommodation is "Adults Only". The establishment will not make any exception for cancellations or refunds in case of non-compliance with this requirement. As a company committed to the environment and the drought problems that the island must face, we change bath linen every 3 days and bed linen every 7 days between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Cleaning the kitchen and any items used for cooking/eating is the guest's responsibility. The establishment does not have reception staff and check-in is autonomous Please be informed that bicycles are not allowed inside the property. Additionally, the property does not have parking facilities for such vehicles. Please note that in case of non-compliance with this rule, the deposit will be withheld. ⚠️ Please note: Ca’n Puig de Sòller is located within a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). It is not possible to drive directly to the property. Unauthorised access may result in fines of up to €200. Guests arriving by car must park outside the restricted area or use our private parking (subject to availability, €15/night, 5 minutes walking distance)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great stay , would revisit and would recommend"

Beautiful property in a gorgeous setting. Had all the necessary amenities. Location was perfect. Nice little touches with the water and treats at entrance. All written communication and Instructions was very clear so entry into apartment parking was seamless.

The property was not as clean as expected - there were crumbs in the kitchen area and smudges on the mirror. Also only the kitchen bin was emptied the bathroom ones should have been emptied too. Toilet paper was running out and was not replaced . Finally the shower in the smaller bedroom was cool and did not warm up so we had to all use the bathroom in the master bedroom

El apartamento está ubicado en un edificio muy bonito con un agradable jardín en el pueblo de Soller que es encantador y muy cerca de Fornalux que es un pueblo precioso al que puedes ir andando. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, agradable y está amueblado con gusto. Lo recomiendo sin duda

The property is beautifully restored, with great attention to detail and decor, making it a truly pleasant environment to relax. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The property is located close to the main square and within walkable distance to all places (restaurants, bakeries, tram, bus etc.).

The service did not match the property standard. There is no one on the ground (all communication is done online), during 5 nights our room wasn't cleaned/swiped once. Finally, one night we were unable to get into the property and needed to call the emergency number provided; unfortunately no one was picking up and we got a call next day after 10am asking what was the issue. This is not the emergency number service expected.

La localización

La persona que se encontraba en la propiedad tenía muy malos modos y no hacía ni el mínimo esfuerzo por ayudar (ni siquiera abrir la puerta pasando delante, viéndome cargada de cosas, se limitó a señalarme la pared del código) El sofá no está en condiciones de uso El olor a sifón/cañería era muy fuerte
