CaSa VistA - Holiday Home On The Beach

Nick was fantastic with communication. It is a clean little caravan with personal touches throughout that just made it that extra bit special. Great location with plenty of decent dog friendly beaches nearby. We will definitely book again next time we plan on staying on the Essex coast.

The pot holes on the road leading to the caravan site but there is nothing the host can do about that!

Suited all our needs, close to facilities and comfortable

Location very poor. On the main road of a very noisy, very busy/ rowdy holiday park. People swearing, music blearing and very noisy passers by until 3am in the morning. Not a suitable location for a young family or anyone wanting a decent night's sleep.

Caravan was spotlessly clean. Host very informative and helpful. Nice additional touches of toiletries and tea and coffee.

Would be beneficial to have a clothes airer to hang swimming/beach stuff outside.

Caravan central to all facilities, plenty of parking spaces. Everything provided that you might need.

The location to the beach was great, the facilities on the park were great for children.

The caravan was filthy just walking bare feet on carpet after showering and my feet were filthy. The carpet needs ripping up the cushions on the settee were just as filthy they need throwing away and replacing with washing cushions. It was the fittest place I've ever stayed in. It was that bad we slept on top of the bedding in our clothes. Luckily I had brought our own pillows. Even my 7 year old daughter said this before smells bad. I believe the place had been left standing for a while as the bedding smelt like it had been washed weeks before? There was a smell of cigarettes in the caravan too as none smokers it was clear that noone had took notice of the signs plus the cigarette butts outside the caravan door gave this away too.

Really lovely caravan in a fantastic location 5 minutes from both the club house and the beach. House keeping staff Debbie was very helpful and a great person. We will definitely be coming back.
