Location, and the surrounding areas is very good. The unit itself was well furnished, and was accurately described in the listing. Personally, I would've loved a more minimalist approach, but I suppose it works. Nice washing machine (I always bring my own detergent sheets) -- one of the secrets for getting away with small bags, without the need to check-in bags.

If you're a bit O/C about cleanliness, some parts of the unit deserves extra cleaning attention. Most people may find it good enough, but having stayed several days, the shelvings really need extra dusting, and the aircon filter some serious cleaning. If you're tall (and I'm not even close), you may find the bed a tad too short. If you're unlucky, you might hear loud neighbors conversing. I've had some nights like that, but, of course, that's not the host's fault. Just bring good ear plugs. (another expert packing tip for ya! ;) ) The check-in was tedious, and coudl've been avoided by providing the necessary info/coordination much earlier. I advised the host that I'm checking in late, but I still ended up checking much later than expected -- that I almost had to book another hotel.

It is centrally located. Short walk to main road where you can access public transport. Or you can call a taxi from the reception or book a grab yourself. The guards at the reception are very kind and helpful- special mention to manong selerino. Nang joahna is also very helpful and the host itself is responsive to queries. I had no troubles staying in the property.

This apartment was perfect for me. A great location in a modern part of Iloilo. It had everything I needed - and was a great place to come back to in the evening.
