The bed and pillows were good. Pool was clean. Spacious room.The girls that work there were exceptionally nice and accommodating.

The lack of cleanliness of the room wasn't a good start but was taken care of promptly and the staff were profusely apologetic with a nice gesture to make up for it. The low rating is more about the man who lives there. Father or husband. not sure. Such a grump. Glaring at us after we complained about the mold. It felt like he was angry at us fir getting a small refund due to the bathroom being moldy. Nothing about this man seemed nice. I will definitely not go back due to this lack of hospitality from him. He's in the wrong business for his bad attitude. Too expensive for the location, cleanliness but mostly because of that man. I don't usually review but this was so bad, I couldn't hold back. My girlfriend was afraid of him.
