Casa molto spaziosa, con un bellissimo giardino. Dotata di tutti i servizi e ottimo il doppio bagno. Per girare il Conero può essere un ottimo punto strategico, essendo molto vicina a Numana e Sirolo e non solo. C'è anche un servizio navetta vicino, ma principalmente abbiamo usato la macchina. Questo deve sicuramente essere considerato se si sceglie questa zona per alloggiare.

Non ci sono particolari criticità da segnalare. Vicinato che può essere rumoroso, data la vicinanza delle villette ma non è certo imputabile alla casa o all'host.
