Employees were very flexible and accommodating with my requests. The also offer free water and coffee on the last floor

It was okay. We needed the place only for one night as we had Tao Experience to catch up in the morning. My biggest issue with the room was that it was super small, there was only place for one bed and that’s it. And it was very dark. The view from the window was on another building so I felt a little claustrophobic. And there was a lot of ants. But for one night it was ok. The location vas very central, close to shops and restaurants. But I wouldn’t recommend this room for more than one night honestly.

VERY noisy. We booked this after reading some previous comments about the hotel being on a back street and therefor quiet. Although not much traffic, you could here everything from outside.

its clean, bed is great and the friendly staff helps you with information on anything.

the water pressure of the shower. but this seems a problem in all of the Philippines

the shower was broke, no hot water, toilet didn’t flush properly. hardly any light in the toilet/shower, if they done some work on the shower rooms would be a top hotel

small room for two people, with nowhere in the room to dry wet clothes after tours/ beach. The bathroom was also really impractical - it’s a wet room with no extractor fan and quite small, so everything was constantly soaking wet. would also definitely recommend ear plugs as it’s pretty loud from street noise and church bells ringing from 7am!

Simple accomodation but just what you need. Very nice bed and pillows, good shower, clean, in a quiet street a touch from the madness of the town
