The property was not cleaned at all, including full rubbish bins and blood stains on the doors. Although a new cleaning staff was sent right away, we did not feel comfortable staying in this place and left upon receiving confirmation for a refund, which was never issued as the property manager cannot be contacted and doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls from booking dot com.

Missing a couple of simple things I would have expected - tea towels and oven gloves.

Decent location, approx 20 minute walk from the city centre. Great living space, and facilities were sufficient for a short city break.

Our only negative would be… The double bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The bed itself felt like we were sleeping on a downward slope and the pillows had minimal stuffing.

Good value for money and location was very convinient to the places we visited; near local shops and bus stops.

The water pipes after you flushed the toilet was a bit noisy and lasted a few minutes before quieting down.

Our stay took place just after the racist riots in Belfast. We were very worried and my mother, with whom I had intended to travel found it much too dangerous to go. We contacted the property many times requesting a cancellation with refund because of these exceptional circumstances. Furthermore, we received only automated mails citing their strict no cancellation policy. Mails were only company mails, no person to speak to and in the end, it felt very, very cynical- we kept asking for some leeway, we proposed also moving the dates- to no avail- and with every refusal they ended the mail, very cynically, if there is anything more we can do for you..... After many mails, they proposed to refund us the cleaning fee- not really a concession since it would have been the pinnacle of dishonesty to also require that it be paid. In the end we were an extremely reduced group since my Mother stayed at home and my daughter stayed to keep her company. Belfast was very on edge, and we were very careful about our movements. The little house is in the middle of a rabidly unionist neighbourhood with Union Jacks flying everywhere and the effects of the riots to be seen all over. Do not reserve with this company!

We really loved everything about the apartment.The bed was very comfortable and the location was top notch, you can literally gets to the beautiful city centre by foot .

Absolutely everything. The owner was in regular contact. He made sure I was okay during my day. He made sure if there was anything that I needed. he was also active on the phone, when he knew I was on my way to the apartment. He saved me a trip to the shops, because the apartment had plenty of necessities inside. It was immaculately cleaned, lovely furniture! probably one of the best places I have ever stayed. I will 100% be back.

The only downside was having to leave this beautiful Apartment
